BUFFALO GROVE, PLANNED AS ONE STOP
An Upscale Strip Club Worth the Drive from Buffalo Grove
From Buffalo Grove, The Gold Room is about 35 to 40 minutes away. The village sits on the Lake County line, and we're down in Stone Park, just off Mannheim Road. That isn't a drive you make on a whim at midnight. It's one you plan. Planned well, one stop here covers the whole evening: dinner, the show, a table of your own and a room that stays open until 5 AM. Here's how to set it up so you only make the trip once.
Call ahead. Walk-ins are welcome every night, but reserving is the surest way to get premium seating, and on a drive this long that's worth having. Call (708) 375-1111, tell the team your group size and the occasion, and they'll put bottle and seating options together before you leave the house. When you arrive, your table is waiting, with your own server looking after it until you leave.
Eat here, too. There's no need to squeeze in a dinner reservation up north and then rush down the expressway. The kitchen is open until 4 AM, every night, so make the first order a real dinner (a steak with mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables, or the lemon butter chicken) and the second one chicken strips, quesadillas or a pizza when the table gets hungry again around two.
Settle the ride home before you leave. The night runs until 5 AM, and the trip back is as long as the trip down, so pick a designated driver or book a ride, and nobody has to watch the clock. If your designated driver brings the car, there's ample parking on site.
What's waiting at the end of the drive: a room that runs at full volume until close, with world-class entertainers across several stages, private dances, and champagne rooms for when the group wants privacy. Guests must be 21, and the dress code is smart casual, so leave the athletic wear and the ball caps behind.
Two Ways Down from Buffalo Grove
The toll-free way: Arlington Heights Road south to Dundee Road, west to Route 53, then south. When Route 53 and I-290 part ways, bear right for I-290 east and leave it at Exit 13A (US-20 East and Lake Street). Stay left on the ramp, away from the Tri-State, then head east on Lake Street and keep going straight through the Mannheim Road intersection, where US-20 turns off to the south; the club is right after it on your left. The tolled alternative is a couple of minutes quicker on paper: east on Lake-Cook Road to the Tri-State, south on I-294 to Irving Park Road, then south on Mannheim Road to Lake Street and a left. Both take 35 to 40 minutes at night.
